We believe football is best learned with a smile. Our grassroots program mixes technical development with community fun, ensuring your child learns the game, builds fitness, and makes lifelong friends.

About this collection

It is not just about drills, it is about creating a space where your child feels like part of a team from day one. We rotate through artificial turf venues like Loop Sportsplex and Greenfield Club, ensuring our grassroots sessions are accessible for families across Bangalore while maintaining a consistent, friendly environment for kids aged 4 to 12.

Building a Foundation Through Play

At Raman Sports Academy, we focus on the ABCs of football: Agility, Balance, and Coordination. For children just starting out, we skip the heavy tactical pressure and focus on what matters most at this age—falling in love with the game. Our coaches use small-sided matches and creative activities, like cone-based dribbling games, to teach fundamental skills without the fear of failure.

Why Our Community Matters

We often hear from parents that their kids become more confident and active after joining. Our 'Parents on the Field' sessions and community festivals aren't just for show; they are vital to our philosophy. When parents participate, children feel supported, which helps them handle the ups and downs of learning a new sport. Whether it is a fun throw-in drill or a family festival day, these moments build character and help kids develop social skills alongside their football technique.

Practical Details

Our grassroots batches are designed to fit into a busy family schedule with 2 to 3 sessions per week, held during weekday evenings or weekend mornings. Every session is 60 to 75 minutes long, with a controlled coach-to-player ratio of 1:12 to 1:15, ensuring each child gets individual attention. We provide the RSA branded dry-fit jersey and kit, so your child feels like part of the team immediately. As they grow, we offer a clear, documented path into our elite squads, but only when they are ready. We want to 'Keep The Dream Alive' one fun session at a time.

We are more than a football academy; we are a family. We believe the first few years on the pitch should be about pure joy and building character, not just chasing trophies. Our coaches are here to help your child grow, and we love seeing parents get involved in our community fests just as much as we love watching the kids score their first goal.
