We don't believe in just finding one winner. In our intra-class matches—like our basketball games or athletics days at the Paschim Vihar hub—every child gets to participate and feel the rush of competition. Whether it's a 'Most Valuable Kid of the Month' award or a simple participation medal, these moments are how we turn 'I can't' into 'I did.'
It is a common misconception that sports are only for the naturally gifted. Here at our indoor facility in Paschim Vihar, we run things differently. Competition isn't about beating the person next to you. It is about pushing your own limits.
When we host athletics meets or basketball matches between our groups like the 'Marvelous' and the 'Champs,' the goal is simple: get moving and have fun. We see kids who struggle to run a lap eventually leading the pack, and that progress is exactly what we reward.
Our 'Most Valuable Kid of the Month' award isn't just for the fastest runner. It is for the child who showed up, listened to their coach, encouraged their teammate, and kept a smile on their face. Seeing a student like Parth hold up his certificate with his family by his side is the best part of our day. These aren't just pieces of paper or metal medals.
