Core Logistics
- One time entry to rented turf facility for the specific trial duration (2 to 3 hours total event time).
- Guaranteed 15 to 20 minutes of on field assessment time in a rotation system.
- Provision of colored training bib with number for scout identification.
- Access to standard outdoor artificial astroturf surface.
Assessment Structure
- Evaluation by 3 to 4 distinct coaches, including AIFF D or AFC B licensed Head Coach.
- Participation in 2 to 3 technical drills (rondos, passing grids) to assess basic touch.
- Placement in a temporary team for a short sided 7v7 or 9v9 game.
- Simple Yes or No selection verdict communicated within 48 hours.

- Access to shared water dispensers (carrying personal bottle is mandatory).

- Execution of academy specific tactical drills focusing on possession play.
- Extended match simulation of 20 to 30 minutes at the end of the session.

- Immediate verbal feedback from the Head Coach regarding level and squad fit.

Who We’re Looking For
We scout all year for different age groups and teams:
- U-14, U-16, U-18 boys - regular Mumbai youth football tryouts for official tournaments
- Women’s teams - trials for U-14, U-17, and Open Age (yes, we want to make women’s football big here)
- Senior men’s team - open for Mumbai-based players, usually for leagues like MFA Second Division
What Happens at Trials
- Register when we announce - spots fill up fast, so no timepass
- Trial day is no joke - drills, match play, and pressure. We look for grit, not just skills
- If you’re picked, you start training for the next level with us

- Only Mumbai-based players can try out, birth year rules for age categories
