Administration
- Licensing: Handling of Central Registration System (CRS) ID creation for AIFF/MFA player licenses

Quarterly Elite Training Program
Core Training
- Frequency: 3 Intensive training sessions per week (Monday to Friday slots)
- Duration: 75 to 90 minutes per session depending on age group
- Venue: Premium pitches at Cooperage Stadium (South Mumbai) or Wings Sports Center (Bandra) with FIFA standard artificial turf
- Curriculum: Official Bengaluru FC (BFC) Youth Curriculum covering technical drills and tactical positioning
Match Play & Staff
- Matches: 1 dedicated weekend slot for internal practice matches or friendly fixtures
- Physio: On field access to a qualified physiotherapist during sessions
- Coaches: 1:12 to 1:15 ratio led by AFC Certified Coaches (C or B License)
- Progress: End of quarter report card on technical improvements
Annual Elite Season Pass
Season Coverage
- Duration: Training from June to March/April aligning with the Indian football calendar
- Volume: Includes all benefits of the quarterly plan (3 trainings + 1 match day per week)

Why We Do What We Do
Since 2010, we’ve been obsessed with helping talented players from Mumbai break into the big leagues. I know the journey from local pitches to national stadiums isn’t easy - it’s confusing, tough, and sometimes you feel lost. We’re here to make that path clearer, so more Mumbai players get their shot at the top.
Our Way: More Than Just Football
We use a long-term approach that’s not just about ball skills. Players grow technically, physically, and mentally. You’ll get real personal attention from our coaching team, led by Jeddy Almeida. We work closely with Bengaluru FC and bring in experts who know exactly what’s needed for national-level football trials.
The Real Path: No Jhol, Just Opportunities
- Top performers get a direct shot at Bengaluru FC trials and their residential football academy in India.
- Our best go for two-week trials at the JSW Inspire Institute of Sports, Bellary. Even if you don’t make the cut, that time in Bellary is an eye-opener.

Compete Like a Pro
We don’t just train - we play. Our U13, U15, and U17 teams battle in AIFF Youth League exposure and Mumbai’s top youth tournaments. You’ll test yourself against elite players from everywhere.

My Story
Started off in 2010, just a bunch of us kicking up dust on that Colaba ground. Dream was simple - make football real for Mumbai. Sixteen seasons later, we’ve got wins, some hard knocks, and a solid football family. Our new crest with the Sea Link? That’s our connection. Feels good, you know, hitting 3-Star AIFF Academy status. Big shout-out to the whole SSE BFC crew - we’re here because of you.
