Why We Do This

Football at SG5 isn’t just drills and matches. It’s about chasing that dream of playing for a real team, stepping out on the pitch, and making your mark. If you want to go beyond just Sunday kicks and actually compete, this is where you start.

Trials: Your Shot to Make the Squad

• We run open trials for Under-9 to Under-19, plus girls-only batches and an open women’s category
• Locations keep changing - mostly at turf grounds in Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Mira Road
• Sometimes there’s a small fee for bigger league trials (like WIFA State League), but not always
• Trials are announced on Instagram - you gotta fill out the form or else you’ll miss your spot

What Happens Once You’re In

• You’ll play for us in all sorts of tournaments: MFA leagues (Third to Elite Division), WIFA State League, Yuva President’s League, and even outstation leagues like Goa
• Girls’ football is a big deal here - we’ve got teams in the YPL Junior Girls League and more
• Our players have made it to the Maharashtra Sub Junior Girls Team and even FIFA–AIFF Talent Academy trials

Training & Life With Us

• Training’s tough but worth it, usually evenings at our centers in Powai, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Borivali, and Mira Road
• Our coaches have B & C licenses and plenty of experience with youth football team tryouts Mumbai style
• We’ve won Bombay Super Championships in U15, U17, U19 and hit the semis in futsal and league tournaments

What’s Real

We’re not just about wins. You’ll work hard, maybe lose sometimes, but always improve. Hum sab ek saath hain (We’re all in this together). If you’re hungry for real competition and want to play in proper leagues, this is your shot.
