A solid forehand is the bedrock of any strong tennis game. We work relentlessly on the fundamentals, ensuring every player develops consistent technique, balance, and timing. This is an adult player putting in the reps to build a reliable and powerful forehand from the ground up.
We welcome players from all over the world. It was a pleasure to host Radmila, a player from Florida, at our academy in Delhi. Sharing the court with passionate players from different backgrounds inspires everyone and strengthens our global tennis community.
For adult players, drills are essential for building a strong technical foundation. Repetitive practice of strokes and footwork allows for targeted improvement that translates directly to matches. We provide a structured environment for adult players to achieve consistent progress.

The single-handed backhand is one of the most elegant shots in tennis, and we love teaching it. Here, one of our adult players is training under the floodlights, perfecting the timing and precision this classic shot demands. Our evening sessions make it possible to train after work or school.
"Bahut badhiya!" This kneeling drill is excellent for isolating the upper body and forcing the player to focus on rotation and swing path for the single-handed backhand. It builds muscle memory and control, proving that fundamentals can be trained in many different ways.
About Adult Tennis Bootcamp
It isn't just about swinging harder. We break your game down into the raw basics: footwork, grip, and swing path. You will spend time on the court repeating drills—basket feeding and movement exercises—until the muscle memory kicks in, because that is how you actually gain control in a match.
Our Adult Tennis Bootcamp is designed to strip away bad habits and replace them with solid mechanics. We operate out of ILTA Academy in Agra and various locations across Delhi NCR, giving you access to both clay and hard court surfaces.
Why our training works
- Technical Breakdown: We don't just feed balls. We look at your grip, stance, and rotation. If you are struggling with a single-handed backhand, we use drills like the kneeling strike to isolate your rotation so you feel the swing path correctly.
- Surface-Specific Strategy: You play differently on clay than on hard courts. We teach you how to slide, balance, and pace your game based on the surface you are on that evening.
