We build champions one swing at a time. Our junior programs in Delhi and Agra are designed to teach children the grit, technique, and fundamental habits that turn a beginner into a confident, match-ready player.

The goal of our training is to prepare players for competition. I am incredibly proud of our champion, Divyam Bhagwani, who reached the semifinals in singles and was a finalist in doubles in his very first tournament. This is what happens when dedication on the practice court translates to results.

This is a look at the journey of our girls' champion, who trains every day with the determination to improve. In only her second tournament, she reached the pre-quarters of the U-10 event. Her success is a testament to her hard work and our training process.

Always prepared. This is the ready position of a future champion, focused and waiting for the ball. We instill this level of concentration and preparation in all our young players from day one.

Effortless power comes from perfect technique. This is our junior player demonstrating an explosive backhand on the clay court, focusing on unlocking her hips for optimal rotation. We teach players to use their entire body, generating force through a smooth kinetic chain, not just arm strength.

Great tennis requires great footwork, and that starts with off-court conditioning. Here, one of our young players warms up with jump rope, a fantastic exercise for improving agility, coordination, and endurance. A champion is built from the feet up.

Creating depth on your backhand is about more than just hitting hard; it's about technique. We break it down with a quick shoulder turn, a wide base for balance, and driving the hands forward through the ball. This drill helps our junior player consistently push her opponent back.

"Racket hamesha aage rahega. Step, split." I repeat this constantly because a good return of serve starts before the ball even crosses the net. Here, I am teaching a junior player the essential footwork and ready position needed to neutralize a serve and take control of the point.

"Low to high, always watch the ball." Here, I am working with a junior player on her backhand fundamentals on the clay court in New Delhi. We focus on correcting the racket drop and ensuring the swing path generates topspin, which is essential for control and consistency.

We are working on increasing racket head speed and acceleration with our junior champion. A faster swing, when combined with proper technique, translates directly to more powerful and penetrating forehands. This kind of focused drill work is how we build weapons.

About Junior Champions Program

Don't expect your child to just rally for hours. Our training is built on repetition and constant, specific feedback. You will hear our coaches drilling the same mantra: 'Racket hamesha aage rahega' (Always keep your racket in front). We focus heavily on footwork, split-steps, and correct grip early on because these habits are much harder to fix once a player reaches tournament level.
