How I Train
I use a mix of science and old-school grit. My approach is all about long-term athletic development, not just quick wins. Every athlete gets a plan that fits their sport and their goals. I rely on data-driven athlete development, but I also trust what I see on the field.
- Strength and conditioning sessions are tough but sport-specific. You’ll find yourself doing everything from gym lifts to mudgar swings.
- On-field drills focus on agility, speed, and endurance. I keep things fresh so you don’t get bored.
- I work with certified coaches who know their stuff, from NIS Patiala to World Athletics.
Facilities & Sports
You get access to an elite sports training center: a high-performance gym, synthetic track, Olympic pool, indoor courts, and outdoor fields. I train athletes in over 18 sports - from athletics and swimming to football, cricket, and martial arts.
Results That Matter
My athletes have set national records, qualified for Khelo India, and won medals at every level. Not everyone will be a champion, but you’ll always see progress if you put in the work.
