About The 6 AM Club
Our 6 AM sessions go beyond simple warm-ups. We utilize this time for metabolic conditioning, core stability, and agility drills while the field is quiet. It is where we layer in mobility work like Surya Namaskar alongside explosive speed training to ensure you start your day building a more resilient athlete.
Many players think cricket is only about the bat and ball. The 6 AM Club exists to prove that matches are won long before you step onto the pitch. We focus on the physical foundation that separates a casual player from a dedicated athlete.
These sessions are a core part of our F2 (Fitness and Fielding) philosophy. You will work through high-intensity interval training, hurdle drills, and direct-hit practice. We also place heavy emphasis on recovery, integrating yoga and thoracic mobility work to keep you injury-free throughout the season.

Whether you are prepping for a local league or just want to improve your fitness, these early hours in Gurugram (Sector 13, Sector 22, and Sohna) are designed to build the habit of excellence. We keep batch sizes tight, typically 15 to 20 players, so our BCCI-certified coaches can monitor your form and progress in real-time.
