About Our F2 Camp Journey
These photos represent four years of sweat, early morning grit, and honest progress. We do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your reflexes, our F2 camp focuses on the basics that actually win matches: safe diving, consistent throwing, and the discipline to show up at 6 AM. It is not just about cricket skills. It is about building the engine that allows you to perform on the pitch.
Building Complete Cricketers
Most academies focus heavily on batting and bowling, often neglecting the physical foundation required to support those skills. We started our Fitness and Fielding (F2) camps to fill that gap. Over the last four seasons, from our inaugural batch in 2021 to our 2024 cohort, our objective has remained the same: to turn students into athletes.
Our Training Philosophy
Our training regimen is rooted in consistency. We integrate high-intensity fielding drills like cone-shuttle runs, direct hit practice, and safe diving techniques with essential recovery work. We treat yoga and mobility, including Surya Namaskar, as a non-negotiable part of the athlete’s schedule to ensure long-term injury prevention.
Program Options
Whether you are training at our Sector 13 Gurugram facility, Rotary Public School in Sector 22, or our Sohna academy, the intensity is the same. We combine field-based agility work with cricket-specific gym modules like power lifting and rotational strength training. This is a program for those who want to commit to the grind. If you are ready to put in the work before the sun comes up, you will fit right in.
