About The Grind: Fitness & Match Simulation
Here, fitness isn't just about running laps. We use Silicon Coach software to break down your technique during high-intensity match simulations, so you fix the mechanics before the pressure hits. If your head position drops while you are fatigued, we will show you exactly why—right there on the screen.
Most academies focus on net sessions alone. We know that in a real match, your best shots come when you are tired in the 40th over. That is why our 'Grind' sessions are built differently. We simulate game scenarios with sidearm specialists bowling at 130kmph+ while you are physically drained. We do not just ask you to run; we work on agility drills that improve your fielding reaction time.
Whether it is a 5km cross-country run or specific plyometrics for explosive power, everything is cricket-specific. You aren't training to look good; you are training to perform under pressure. We monitor your endurance and shoulder strength as closely as your batting backlift. Our team manages the intensity levels to ensure you are building the stamina needed to last all day on the field.
