About The Grind: Training & Practice
We don't stop when the weather turns bad or the sun gets too hot. Our training includes dedicated agility drills and center-wicket match simulations designed to build real stamina, not just technique. If you drop a catch during our fielding sessions, expect to run laps until you get it right. It’s hard work, but that’s the only way to build the muscle memory you need for match days.
Mastering the Fundamentals
At Haryana Cricket Academy, we believe you win the match during practice—the game is just where you collect the trophy. Our training structure is divided to match your commitment level. Our Weekend Foundation batches focus heavily on the basics: grip, stance, and backlift correction. We use cemented and astro-turf wickets here to ensure you get consistent bounce, which is crucial for building a solid technique early on.
The Pro-Elite Grind
For those aiming for state-level trials or professional leagues, our Pro-Elite program is a six-day commitment. This isn't for the casual player. We run drills from Tuesday to Sunday, covering everything from death-over bowling practice to powerplay fielding scenarios. We use video analysis to break down your stroke and action, ensuring every movement is intentional.
Training Ground Details
We operate out of two main centres: Daryapur in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Chhawla in New Delhi. Both facilities offer turf-wicket access, which is essential for understanding how a ball actually behaves in a real match. Whether you are working on your pace run-up or your long-barrier fielding technique, our coaches are watching. We don't just teach cricket; we push you to develop the grit required to play for India U-19 or the Ranji Trophy. If you are serious about your future and willing to put in the hours, you will find your place here.
Haryana Cricket Academy
We believe that talent is just the starting point; discipline is what takes you to the IPL or Ranji Trophy. We push our students hard because we know what the competition looks like. If you are ready to sweat, learn, and grow as a cricketer, come train with us.
