- Agility & Fielding: We use hurdles, cones, and reaction drills to sharpen your hands and feet. You will learn the crow hop throw and the correct, safe way to dive on grass without picking up an injury.
- Strength & Conditioning: We don't just do gym reps. We partner with The Fitness Box for sport-specific training like unilateral leg exercises, rotational core strength, and endurance runs that mimic the demands of a long day on the pitch.
- Mobility & Recovery: A long career requires staying injury-free. We integrate thoracic mobility work, foam rolling, and group Surya Namaskar to ensure you are ready to show up for the next session.
