Explore the principles guiding our holistic healing journey and the milestones achieved in spreading the knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga.

I was humbled to be recognized for my work in yoga, naturopathy, and Ayurveda at the Fit India event on Women's Day. It is my mission to empower everyone to take charge of their health through these ancient sciences.

In this live session, I explain a fundamental concept of Ayurveda: a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Before we can achieve mental peace, we must first purify the body (*sharir shodhan*) through a proper yogic diet and lifestyle (*dinacharya*).

This is a montage of the spiritual practices that are the heart of my life and work. From performing puja and chanting mantras to deep meditative asanas, everything is an offering to the divine, which is the ultimate source of all healing.

A simple but profound truth. The meaning we derive from any teaching depends on our own level of understanding and consciousness. My role as a guru is to help elevate that consciousness.

This Sanskrit shloka teaches us that chanting the divine name (*Harinam*) while preparing and eating food purifies it, turning it into *prasadam*. This practice nourishes not just the body, but also the soul.

I wrote this poem to express the deep, intertwined relationship between Yoga and Nature. When we practice asanas, we are aligning ourselves with the cosmic rhythms of the earth, sun, and sky.

About Wisdom & Recognition

True wellness requires more than just attending a class; it starts with fixing your daily routine. In my practice, I emphasize dinacharya (daily routine) because health is not an occasional effort but a lifestyle. If your current schedule leaves you drained, we will work together to align your habits with your body's natural rhythms, ensuring that your energy levels remain stable throughout the day.

The Foundation of Our Practice

At Sivapta, we believe that yoga is not about physical performance, but about the union of body, mind, and spirit. My philosophy is rooted in bimari ki jadd (the root cause of illness). We do not look for quick fixes; we look for the imbalance that disrupts your life. Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, metabolic issues, or simply seeking clarity, my role is to guide you back to a state of natural health using Ayurveda and Naturopathy.

Why Approach Matters

Many people come to me looking for exercise, but leave with a new way of living. We incorporate principles such as Aahar-Vihar (diet and lifestyle) and Shatkarma (cleansing) to ensure your system is prepared for healing. My teachings are not just theoretical; they are practical tools designed for your home and office life.

Recognition and Responsibility

Being recognized at the Fit India movement at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium was a humbling experience, but it serves a larger purpose. It reinforces the need for integrating traditional Indian sciences into our modern fitness culture.

How We Can Work Together

If you resonate with this approach, I invite you to start with a consultation. We will map out your dosha imbalances through Nadi Parikshan and build a plan that is specific to you. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge to manage your own health independently.
