Our Approach to Functional Luxury

We start by rethinking the floor plan to maximize every square foot, often converting traditional layouts into integrated dressing suites where bathing and storage coexist in harmony.
Materiality and Craft
In projects like 'House of Kismish', we utilized a mix of PU-finished drawers, brass hardware, and wood-and-glass shutters to create a cohesive look. We believe that finishes define the experience. Our vanities often feature BWP plywood for water resistance, paired with Quartz countertops and soft-close hardware from Hettich or Hafele, ensuring the longevity of your space.
Design Details That Matter
- Integrated Storage: We avoid bulky, standard boxes. Instead, we use fluted glass, tinted shutters, and custom shelving to keep the visual weight light.
- Lighting: Lighting is not an afterthought. We plan for task lighting at the vanity and ambient strips within the wardrobe to highlight your collection.
- Spatial Flow: In 'A Walk in the Clouds', we realigned the basin and integrated the wardrobe to create an all-white, airy space that feels significantly larger than the original footprint.
