About Additional Work
The gloss of a finished editorial image often hides the work behind it. In this collection, I share the reality of my process, from the controlled chaos of studio setups to the natural light dynamics on location in Kolkata. You will see how I coordinate with makeup artists and stylists to turn a simple saree campaign or a garage-based fashion shoot into a cohesive visual story.
Photography is never just about clicking a button. For my editorial work, such as the collaborations with Sananda magazine and AVA India, the final frame is the result of hours of coordination. These clips show the collaborative energy on set, whether we are capturing the classic elegance of a Bengali saree or the grit of an urban fashion reel.
I believe in the story of the image. When we shoot on location in Kolkata, the architecture becomes as important as the model. We manipulate light, mix natural and artificial sources, and constantly refine poses to match the intended emotion.
