Pre-Wedding Decor (Haldi or Sangeet)
Theme Selection (Choose One)
- Haldi Option: 8x10ft vibrant backdrop with drapes and fresh marigold strings. Includes traditional props like Rajasthani umbrellas, kaleeras, and a brass Urli or decorated swing for seating.
- Sangeet Option: Evening party setup with a shimmer or fairy light backdrop, custom neon signage, ceiling disco balls, and intelligent moving head lights for the dance floor.
Common Inclusions
- Entrance: Themed easel welcome board and a dedicated photo booth corner with quirky handheld props.
- Operations: Includes setup team for 4 hours prior to the event and immediate dismantling.
Single Day Wedding & Reception Decor
Ceremony & Stage Setup
- Vidhi Mandap: 10x10ft standard 4-pillar structure (Fiber or Fabric) with fresh flower borders and artificial fillers. Includes red/gold high-back chairs, Havan Kund, and carpet.
- Reception Stage: 24ft wide backdrop featuring Greenery Walls or Floral Panels. Includes a 2-seater Baroque couch, side tables, and stage carpeting.
- Effects: 2 Cold Pyro shots and 1 Fog machine cycle for the couple's entry.
Entrance & Ambience
- Walkway: Themed entrance arch with welcome signage, 50ft red carpet, and 6-8 decorative pedestals lining the aisle.
- Lighting & Furniture: PAR LED wash lights for the stage, 1 Chandelier for the Mandap, and satin sashes for 200 banquet chairs.
- Table Decor: Centerpieces for 20 round tables using crystal candelabras or floral vases.
Logistics
- Includes transport within city limits, setup crew, on-site supervisor, and stage modification between ceremonies.
Grand 3-Day Wedding Package
Venue Styling
- Infrastructure: Full fabric masking of the venue ceiling with chandeliers and wall-to-wall carpeting (Red/Grey/Beige) for the main hall.
- Floral Upgrade: Usage of 60% fresh flowers (Roses, Orchids, Carnations, Lilies) in focal points like the Stage and Mandap.
- Furniture: Upgrade to Gold/Silver Tiffany or Chiavari chairs with cushions for 300 guests.
Function Setups
- Haldi & Sangeet: Vibrant marigold walls and photo stations for Haldi; LED wall backdrop (8x12ft), high-gloss dance floor, and lounge seating for Sangeet.

I treat wedding decor as more than just pretty setups - for me, it’s about telling your story with every little detail. From that first "yes" to the big "I do," I want every function to feel like it’s yours, not just another event.
What I Do, Start to Finish
- Engagements and ring ceremonies get their own vibe, with themed engagement decor and little touches like neon names or custom backdrops.
- Sangeet? I love turning that night into a full-on party, using disco balls, popping drapes, and enough lights to make everyone want to dance.
- For Haldi, especially if you want a full-on phoolon ki Haldi setup (Haldi with lots of flowers), I go bold and playful with colours and blooms.
- Main ceremonies are all about the mood - I design the Vidhi Mandap (the sacred wedding area) to fit you, whether you want classic or something more modern.
- Receptions are about first impressions, so I focus on floral walls, statement lighting, and stage setups that make you feel special.
