Floral Configuration
- Composition: A blend of 70% high-quality artificial florals for volume and 30% fresh flowers (Tuberoses/Mogra) for fragrance.
- Themes: Options include Sunflower Serenity with fresh ferns, Traditional Marigold frames, or Pastel Elegance with roses.
Lighting & Accessories
- Focus Lighting: 2-3 LED PAR cans (Warm White) to create a halo effect behind the deity.
- Detailing: Copper-wire fairy lights entwined in the floral arrangement.
- Base: Decorated fabric runner or rug provided for the idol placement area (Table/Chowki to be provided by client).

Why I Love Festival Decorations
For me, festival decoration isn’t just about making a place look nice. It’s about catching the real vibe of the celebration and letting everyone feel it. I mix old-school traditions with some new twists, so the space feels both familiar and fresh. Every setup is a bit of a story, and I love turning people’s festival dreams into something real and colourful.
How I Approach Different Festivals
Each festival has its own flavour, and I like to match that energy:
- Holi & Haldi: These are all about masti (fun) and colour. I love using marigold (genda phool) garlands, Rajasthani umbrellas, and kathputlis (puppets) for that classic yet playful touch. Sometimes the vibe is bold and lively, other times soft pastels work best for a dreamy look. Phoolon ki Haldi decorations are a favourite!
- Ganesh Chaturthi: This one’s more peaceful. I focus on making the Ganpati idol the hero, with lots of thoughtful floral arrangements - sunflowers and soft pink-white combos are a hit for Ganesh Chaturthi home decor.
