About this collection
When you commission a piece, you aren't getting something mass-produced. My studio is a constant mix of chaos and calm, where I balance motherhood with my love for watercolors, gouache, and digital illustration. My daughter, Shravya, is often right beside me, helping with the art, which is why you will see such a personal, eclectic mix of quirky themes in everything I create.
My process is rooted in the belief that art should be fun, therapeutic, and accessible. Because I work from my home studio in Bangalore, every piece receives my full, undivided attention, whether it is a small 4x4 canvas or a detailed 3D nameplate.
The Materials I Use
I prefer tactile, traditional mediums. You will see me using 300 GSM cold-press watercolor paper for cards and bookmarks, high-density MDF for nameplates, and professional-grade gouache for those vibrant, opaque colors. My digital work is done on Procreate, but even there, I strive for that hand-drawn, human feel. If you are ordering home decor like a shadow box or a hand-painted nameplate, you can expect durable, varnished finishes that are built to last.
Why Handmade Matters
Handmade art comes with character. You might notice slight variations in the brushstrokes or the layout—that is the signature of a human hand, not a printing press. I love incorporating Indian folk art elements, like Gond-inspired patterns, alongside modern, minimalist designs.
