Featured Jewellery & Editorial Photography
I don't just take photos; I build scenes. Here is a curated selection of my campaign work, where light meets jewellery and every frame has a story.
This is what I mean by moody and cinematic. I use light to sculpt every facet and shadow to create depth, making this magnificent emerald necklace the undeniable hero of the shot. This is luxury jewellery photography that commands attention.
Direction is everything. This is a glimpse into how I work with models on set, using short commands to build the mood and capture the exact attitude we need. It's a collaborative process of trust and vision to get that perfect frame.
For this traditional jewellery campaign, the goal was to create a portrait that feels both regal and modern. I focused on balancing the light between the couple to highlight the intricate gold and polki work on both the bride and groom, telling a complete story.
This shot, from a series called 'Chiaroscuro Dreams', is where fashion meets art. I used high-contrast lighting to emphasize the texture of the lace and the sheen of the pearls, creating a powerful, edgy image that was featured in a magazine editorial.
A great accessory shot is all about the details. Here, the focus is tight on the brilliant-cut diamond choker and earrings, with a high-gloss makeup look and subtle water effects to add a layer of raw elegance for a magazine feature.
Men's jewellery requires a different kind of narrative. For this campaign, I focused on the sharp details of the ruby-studded sarpech and the layered necklaces, using lighting that highlights the groom's strong features and the richness of the pieces.
This black and white cover for Malvie Magazine captures a moment of quiet intimacy. The composition focuses on the elegant chain strap of the dress and the subtle interaction between the couple, proving that powerful accessory stories can be told with subtlety.
Here’s a look at how I build a shot from the ground up in my studio. You can see my team and I setting up the lighting, including a Fresnel sheet, to create a unique, layered effect. This is the technical craft behind the final image.
About Featured
Every shot you see here is the result of a precise, tethered shooting process where we check focus and lighting in real-time. I never hand over RAW files, because the final edit is where the mood truly comes alive. My team and I handle everything from the conceptual mood board to the high-end retouching, ensuring you receive a finished asset ready for print or a billboard.
Photography isn't just about pointing a camera and hoping for the best. For these campaigns, I rely on a mix of technical gear—like Fresnel sheets and optical snoots—to sculpt light and isolate the texture of the jewellery. Whether it is a traditional polki set or a modern minimalist accessory, the lighting must change to match the character of the piece.
My Process
Before we step on set, we lock the vision. It is always a collaboration; aisa kuch kar sakte hain apan (we can do something like this). I bring in my team of stylists, MUAs, and assistants, and we build the scene from the ground up.
Why Quality Matters
I don't believe in quick fixes. Each project featured here went through a rigorous post-production phase. I personally oversee the color grading to ensure gold looks like gold and skin tones remain real, not plastic. When you hire me, you are not just getting a photographer; you are getting a dedicated creative director who treats your brand's image as seriously as my own. If you are looking to stop the scroll and create something that actually stands out, let’s talk.
