About Semiclassical Dance for Ladies
I don't just teach choreography; we work on bhav (expression) and baareeki (detail). In my ladies' batch, we focus on movements that feel graceful and natural, so you never feel like you're rushing to keep up with the music.
Semiclassical dance is the perfect blend of classical grace and the joy of modern expression. My classes for ladies are designed to be a safe, encouraging space where you can explore this art form without the pressure of perfection. We start with the basics—posture, hand mudras, and simple footwork—and build up to fluid, expressive choreographies to songs you love.
Whether you join our online sessions via Zoom or attend in person at my Greater Noida and Patna studios, the approach remains the same: bilkul aaram se (very calmly). There is no rushing. I break down every chakkar (spin) and expression into small, manageable parts. This makes it perfect for women balancing work, family, or other commitments who need a consistent, stress-free outlet.
Our ladies' batches are particularly special because they foster a supportive community. It does not matter if you have never danced before or if you used to dance years ago and are looking to reconnect with that shauk (passion). We focus on bhav (emotional expression) as much as the steps, helping you find confidence in your movement. We run evening and morning batches to fit your schedule, and for those who need it, I offer private, one-on-one sessions with flexible timing.
