Law isn’t just rules on paper; it is a fight for the truth. Whether I am debating rights on a national platform or standing in the Supreme Court, my goal remains the same: to cut through the noise and focus on the facts.

As an expert guest on Doordarshan's 'Kanooni Salah' program, I break down the legal rights available to men in family disputes. It is a common misconception that laws only favor women. I explain how men can claim maintenance, file FIRs for harassment, and secure their rights under the Hindu Marriage Act and Indian Penal Code.

The reality of domestic violence is often more brutal than people imagine. I have seen cases where educated men, including Class One officers and IITians, inflict horrific cruelty on their wives, from beating pregnant women to attacking them with belts and knives. I am not afraid to expose these truths and fight for the victims.

Standing at my karmbhoomi, the Supreme Court of India. My practice is not limited by city; I fight for my clients across the country, from local courts in Bareilly and Lucknow to the highest court in the land. This is where the fight for justice culminates.

False allegations of impotence or spreading rumors about a couple's intimate life are a form of severe mental cruelty. I have handled cases where a woman and her family systematically tried to destroy a man's reputation. I fight to expose these lies and protect my clients from such malicious attacks.

In my experience, divorces in love marriages often happen when family interference begins and compatibility fades. After marriage, the dynamic changes, and often the husband's inability to take a stand for his wife leads to the breakdown. I focus on the real reasons behind a separation to argue the case effectively.

Please do not search for legal advice on Google. It will mislead you. Cases drag on for years because people are misguided by incorrect online information. The right way is to consult an experienced advocate who can give you a clear direction and strategy from the very beginning.

My team of interns and junior advocates at India Gate. Building the next generation of fearless lawyers is a core part of my work. A strong team ensures that every detail of your case is meticulously handled.

There is a common saying that lawyers fight "false cases." I want to clarify that there is no such thing. Every legal battle is a fight based on facts, where one side presents their argument and the other presents their counter. My job is to fight for the truth based on evidence, not to label a case as true or false from the start.

About Featured

Many people ask me, 'Do you handle fake cases?' My answer is always the same: there is no such thing as a 'fake' case—there is only a battle of facts. When I represent you in the Supreme Court or Family Court, I don’t deal in drama; I audit your digital evidence, medical records, and procedural timelines to build an ironclad strategy, whether you are filing a complaint or defending against one.
