Being a first-gen lawyer, I know kanoon hai (the law is there), but you also need to be smart and strategic. I’m all about evidence, not drama - I’ll tell you what’s doable and what’s just not worth chasing. I handle everything myself in court, arguing your side and making sure the facts get noticed.

What I Take Up

• Contested divorce procedure, including mental cruelty - especially if you’re dealing with fake accusations.
• False dowry case defense (dahej waali cases). When someone tries to trap you with 498A or domestic violence, it’s not about trust, it’s about breaking their claims with solid proof.
• Maintenance dispute strategy. I go by what’s legal, not what’s emotional. If you’re worried about financial settlements, I’ll build your case with proper evidence, not stuff that gets thrown out.
• Child custody battles. When your kids are involved, I make sure your side is heard loud and clear - because courts care about their welfare above all.

Navigating Delhi Courts

You’ll find me fighting cases in Delhi High Court, all district courts (Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Rohini), and the major tribunals.
