People often ask me about legal myths. My philosophy is simple: cut through the drama, focus on the facts, and get the right legal guidance from the start.

Is a voice recording admissible in court? Yes, it is. I debunk the myth that such evidence is not maintainable. It all depends on how your lawyer presents it and gets it verified by a forensic lab. Evidence is everything, and I use every tool available to prove my client's case.

A crucial piece of advice: never rely on Google for legal queries. You will be misguided. The reason cases take so long is often because of wrong advice taken at the start. An authentic, experienced advocate will give you the right direction and save you time and distress.

About My Legal Philosophy

Many people lose months or years relying on Google for legal advice instead of getting a proper case assessment. Before you spend time drafting replies or worrying about court notices, you need to understand the admissibility of your evidence. My approach starts with a blunt reality check: we assess the strength of your documents and recordings, determine the best jurisdiction, and build a strategy that focuses on facts rather than emotion.

Stop Searching, Start Preparing

The internet is a dangerous place for legal advice. Every case is unique, and a strategy that worked for a divorce in Delhi might fail in a domestic violence case in Bareilly. When you search for legal shortcuts, you often misinterpret the law. My philosophy is to stop the guesswork.

Evidence is Everything

Voice recordings, WhatsApp chats, and CCTV footage are admissible, but only if handled right. You do not just show them to the judge; they must be verified via forensic lab certificates under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act. I teach my clients how to present these as solid proof, not just stories. If you have evidence, we use it. If you do not, we find a way to build your narrative legally.

My Approach to Justice

I do not pick sides based on gender. I pick facts. Whether you are a man dealing with false 498A allegations or a woman needing protection from domestic abuse, the legal procedure remains the same: gather evidence, follow the process, and stay patient. My job is to ensure your voice is heard in the Supreme Court or Family Court with the backing of hard legal logic. Do not wait until the situation becomes irreversible to seek professional help.
