Why I Do What I Do

I didn’t set out to be a lawyer. Life just took me here, especially after fighting for my own daughter’s rights. I always say, asal mein (in reality), most of us already know sach kya hai (what the truth is). My job is to help you bring that truth out, without any drama, no matter how tangled things get.

Real Support, Not Just Arguments

Family fights mess with your mind. I’m here to guide you through the system, not to make things messier. I’m a feminist, yes, but I know suffering can hit anyone. I focus on facts, not sides. Whether it’s helping a victim of domestic violence or defending someone against false domestic violence allegations, I’m all about getting justice.

What I Handle

• Divorce and property settlement - sorting out what belongs to whom, and keeping it fair
• Child custody, including cross-border child custody disputes - I’ve handled tough cases where parents live in different countries
• NRI family legal assistance - If you’re abroad and tangled up in Indian family law, especially stuff like anticipatory bail for NRIs or matrimonial complaints, I know how to help
• I also guide on Look Out Circulars (LOCs), so you don’t get stuck at the airport unexpectedly

My Stand on False Cases

I use the law to shield, not attack. I won’t help file fake complaints. Cruelty dono taraf hoti hai (can happen on both sides). If you’re being dragged into something you didn’t do, especially if you’re an NRI, I can defend you.

Getting Started
