Why I Do What I Do

People call me the Legal Boss, and I’ve earned it the hard way. As a first-generation lawyer, I know what it means to fight for every inch. Humne bahut mehnat ki hai (I've worked really hard) to get here, and I bring that same energy to every family law case.

What I Handle

Family disputes can shake you up, both emotionally and legally. I don’t just show up as your lawyer - I’m your strategist and fighter.

• Divorce cases, especially tough ones involving mental cruelty or adultery. I use digital evidence in divorce cases, like chats or recordings, to build your side.
• Alimony & maintenance isn’t about flashy weddings, it’s about the lifestyle you actually lived. I make sure your facts match your claims.
• Domestic violence and cruelty - mental harassment counts too, not just physical. If you’re facing false allegations, I build a counter-strategy for false allegations to defend you.

My Approach

Evidence is everything. The story matters, but only proof wins the battle. I’ll guide you to get digital evidence verified, not tampered, so it stands up in court. One recording won’t do - we need a full chain: messages, photos, witnesses, all stitched together.

Procedural discipline is key. Don’t leak anything on social media - save your power for the courtroom.
