About Behind The Scenes: Our Process
The photos you see above are not just staged. They show the actual, industrious work that happens in the 4 to 12 hours before your guests arrive. We believe in full transparency, so we want you to see the reality behind the glamour: the black trusses, the ladder work, and the careful floral wiring that ensures everything stays perfect until the last song ends.
We do not believe in 'copy-paste' events, and our setup process reflects that. Whether we are executing a 6x5 feet curtain backdrop for an intimate terrace party or managing a complex venue map for a 300-guest reception, our commitment to detail remains consistent.
Our Workflow
When you book with us, you are not just getting decor. You are getting a team that handles the technical and creative heavy lifting.
- Planning & Logistics: We start with site visits and floor plan design to ensure the flow of your event is smooth. We handle vendor coordination, from catering layouts to artist arrivals, so you do not have to.
- Production: This is where the work happens. Our team handles everything from rigging sound systems to creating custom floral installations. For larger events, we deploy a team of 5 to 8 execution executives to ensure minute-by-minute flow management.
- The Setup: Our team typically requires access to the venue 6 to 12 hours prior to the event. This allows us to set up staging, test lighting, and arrange the floral decor without rushing.
We prioritize structural integrity and safety alongside aesthetics. The black metal trussing you see in our work is standard for our mid-scale and large events, ensuring lighting rigs and sound systems are stable. We want your focus to be on your family, your guests, and the shaadimubarak moment, not the wiring or the timeline.
