- Vendor Coordination: Sourcing home catering, cake, and casual entertainment.
- On Day Execution: 1 to 2 team members present for setup, breakdown, and event management.
Decor and Production Setup
- Main Backdrop: 6x5 feet curtain backdrop with fairy lights or customized printed flex backdrop.
- Balloon Artistry: Up to 300 metallic, chrome, or heart shaped balloons in arches, including foil text balloons and party poppers.
- Lounge Seating: 8x8 feet canopy decoration with ambient lighting, floor mattress seating, assorted cushions, and 2 kg of rose petals.
- Cake Table Styling: Draped table with thematic props, ribbon detailing, and 1 large feature balloon with confetti.
- Welcome Element: Customized welcome board on an easel with minimal floral or balloon accents.
Hard Facts and Logistics
- Timeline: Setup team arrives 4 to 6 hours prior to the event. Teardown happens immediately post event or the next morning.
- Production Quality: Standard metallic balloons, basic flex printing, and plug and play fairy lights without heavy rigging.
