Corporate Summit Production for Up to 250 Pax
Stage Fabrication
Standard wooden structured stage (up to 20x12 ft) with industrial carpeting, side stairs, edge masking, and a branded acrylic or wooden podium.
Audio Visual Setup
High resolution P3 or P4 LED Video Wall (8x12 ft or 10x20 ft), video switchers, laptops for PPT management, and a dedicated AV technician.
Sound System
Conference grade PA system (2 to 4 top cabinets, 2 subwoofers), digital mixing console, 4 wireless handheld microphones, and 2 lapel mics.
Lighting
Basic stage wash lighting using 10 to 12 LED Par cans and 2 profile lights mounted on a T-stand.
Branding & Collaterals
Custom fabricated entrance arch or photo-op backdrop, branded registration desk with 2 company logos, directional signage, and up to 4 pull-up standees.
Manpower & Management
1 lead show caller, 1 AV engineer, and 2 to 3 floor executives for registration, VIP escorting, and mic running.
Note: Venue rentals, hotel F&B, and attendee accommodations are excluded.

Grand Stage & Trussing
Large custom sized stage (up to 30x16 ft) with premium carpet or acrylic flooring, backed by heavy duty box trussing for overhead lighting and equipment mounting.
Advanced Audio Visual
Large split or curved LED video walls. Concert grade Line Array sound system (JBL, RCF or equivalent) capable of handling live bands, DJ acts, and loud anthems.
Intelligent Lighting
Comprehensive light show including moving heads, sharpies, warm ambient washes, and programmable LED pars.
Thematic Decor & Floral
Premium draped entrance walkways, table centerpieces featuring fresh exotic flowers (lilies, roses, orchids), and illuminated ambient props like lanterns or candles.
Special Effects
Standard stage SFX including cold pyrotechnics (sparkulars) for entries and smoke or haze machines.
Support & Management
Handling technical riders (sound monitors, mic stands, backline) for external entertainers. End-to-end show running by senior event managers. Artist booking fees are billed separately.

1 customized thematic photo backdrop (8x8 ft flex or floral wall) with handheld props.

2 active speakers on tripod stands with an aux connection and 2 wireless microphones.

1 professional Emcee host for up to 2 hours to conduct team-building games, floor activities, and distribute internal prizes.
