Day-Of Execution and Vendor Coordination
Manpower and Shadows
Deployment of a 4 to 5 person ground team. Includes dedicated shadows for the bride, groom, and immediate family members.
Vendor Management
Takeover of all vendor communication 3 to 4 weeks before the event. Creation of minute-by-minute run-sheets for caterers, decorators, and venue staff.
Guest Logistics
Tele-calling and RSVP tracking for up to 200 guests to ensure accurate catering and venue billing. Management of the transport desk, airport pickups, and hotel shuttles.
Troubleshooting
Acts as the primary buffer between family and vendors. Handles delays, structural quick fixes, and last-minute procurement on the main event days.
Full-Scale Planning and Decor Conceptualization
Venue and Vendor Sourcing
Assistance in shortlisting, site visits, and negotiating with 5-star venues like Marriott, Leela, Westin, or premium farmhouses.
Decor Conceptualization
Creation of custom mood boards and 2D or 3D layouts for up to 3 distinct events such as a Roka, Haldi, or Cocktail night. Note: Actual decor production is billed separately.
Hospitality and Welcome Desk
Setup of a dedicated hospitality desk in the hotel lobby. Features a 6 to 8 person team to manage check-ins, welcome hampers, and room allocations.
Entertainment and Licenses
Sourcing and booking live bands, DJs, and specialty acts. Assistance with procuring required event and liquor licenses for NCR venues. Note: Artist performance fees are paid separately.
Premium Turnkey Management for Large-Scale Weddings
Mega-Scale Decor Design
Conceptualizing and supervising heavy structural decor. Includes massive printed flex backdrops, box trussing for lighting, LED stage screens, and extensive floral canopies.
Large-Scale Crew Deployment
A robust on-ground team of 10 to 15 professionals. Includes dedicated directors, production supervisors, hospitality leads, and VIP guest relationship managers.
Multi-Venue Logistics
Coordination across multiple hotels. Handles complex flight manifests, VIP charter coordination, and local fleet management like vintage cars or ATVs.
Financial Tracking and Show Running
Comprehensive management of the overall wedding budget, payment schedules, and vendor advances. Professional stage management for Sangeet or Cocktail nights, coordinating intricate light shows, special effects, and celebrity green rooms.
