About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
People often see the final glow of a diya or a perfectly draped backdrop, but they don't see us untangling miles of fairy lights or our team sorting through boxes of fresh marigolds at three in the morning. We handle all the heavy lifting and precise assembly so that when your guests arrive, the only thing you have to do is enjoy the moment.
Our process isn't just about putting up decor; it's about the transformation. Whether we are setting up a grand Jagran stage or an intimate home puja, the goal is to create a space that feels just right for you. It starts long before the event date—often with a quick 'Jai Guru Ji' to set the right tone.
We arrive on-site with our team and a truck full of supplies, ready to turn a blank space into something magical. You might see us climbing ladders to string fairy lights in the garden or hand-placing rose petals for a rangoli. One of our most memorable setups was a haldi function where we worked through freezing cold weather; the water was icy, but the team didn't quit until it was perfect. We believe in getting our hands dirty, literally.
Our process involves:
- Floral Prep: Sorting, cutting, and arranging fresh roses and marigolds for backdrops and mandaps.
- Structural Integrity: Ensuring the scaffolding is secure and the tenting is taut, whether it's a 24ft stage or a small photo corner.
- Detailing: Adding the finishing touches—like placing flameless candles, setting up neon signage for boho setups, or adjusting the angle of our LED PAR lights to get the color wash just right.
We don't just 'do' decor. We obsess over the symmetry of the marigold hangings, the placement of oversized playing card props for your taash party, and the way the lighting hits the backdrop at dusk.
