About Live Sparring & Fight Drills
Sparring here is not about looking pretty; it is about learning how to react when you are cornered. In this class, you face real pressure, learn to control your distance, and understand what it actually feels like to take a hit. You will train with partners who do not hold back, ensuring you are ready for the unpredictable nature of a street encounter.
Most martial arts academies focus on katas and point-based tournaments where winning is about gestures. We do not do that here. When I say we train for reality, I mean it. My academy in Wazirabad focuses on the brutal truth of physical conflict. You will learn to defend against common street threats, including collar grabs, hair pulls, and multiple attackers.
Why Live Sparring Matters
If you have never been hit, you cannot learn how to fight. We use heavy focus pads, Lathi (bamboo staff), and Nunchaku drills to build your reflexes. You will learn the mechanics of a real street fight:
- Distance Control: Learning to stay safe while being within striking range.
- Taking a Hit: Building the mental toughness to stay calm when you are struck.
- Reaction Speed: Developing instincts that bypass the need to overthink.
What You Need to Know
We operate six days a week. Whether you join my intensive 12-session survival course or the regular monthly group training, you will be expected to work. If you are looking for AC rooms and cushioned comfort, this is not the place for you. We provide the mats and the environment to sweat, bleed, and improve. My students do not just learn choreography; they learn to protect themselves. Remember what Bruce Lee said: 'Boards don't hit back.' Join us, and stop hitting boards.
