About Technique & Form (Buniyadi Training)
Don't just chase belts. Build your foundation. Here, we train for real-life survival, not for movies. We repeat the basics—blocks, stances, and footwork—until they are inside your blood. If you are not willing to put in the hours on these fundamentals, you are not ready for the fight.
You want to survive on the road? Start with the ground. In Wazirabad, we do not teach theory. We teach combat. My Buniyadi Training focuses on the core basics that keep you safe when you are in a tight spot.
We drill the 'Basic 2 Running Block' and fundamental stances repeatedly, both outdoors and inside the dojo. This is not boring repetition, this is muscle memory. When chaos happens outside, your body should react before your mind even thinks. We train for unpredictable situations, not for points in a tournament.
Discipline is the first step of being a warrior. Whether you are a kid or an adult, the path to black belt starts with the same simple movements. Come with patience and focus. If you are ready for hard work, I am ready to teach you.
