Rhythmic Gymnastics and Flexibility Coaching

Here I am assisting a student with a penche, a challenging ballet and gymnastics pose. My focus is always on achieving advanced flexibility safely, ensuring proper alignment and support to prevent injury while pushing boundaries. This is a perfect example of the hands-on, technical coaching I provide.

You'll see how we combine structured drills, like stretching on wall bars, with creative expression using ribbons.
You don't need to be a gymnast to benefit from stretching. This is a simple, effective routine you can do at home to improve mobility and feel less stiff. We move through lunges, a gentle frog pose, and shoulder stretches to open up the body and start the day right.
My training goes beyond physical skills. I focus on instilling life lessons like self-discipline, the value of hard work, and a resilient, never-give-up attitude. Here, a young student demonstrates foundational exercises that build both a strong body and a strong character.
Who says workouts have to be boring? I love creating fun conditioning circuits to keep my students engaged and motivated. This drill uses mini trampolines and hoops to build explosive power, coordination, and teamwork, proving that you can get stronger while having a great time.
My experience extends beyond coaching to judging at a national level. This clip shows my role as a Technical Official for Rhythmic Gymnastics at the National Games. This high-level involvement ensures my coaching methods are current and align with professional standards.

People think they're getting old when they feel stiff, but that's often just a mobility issue waiting to be fixed. In my sessions, we don't just stretch; we actually use wall bars, resistance bands, and core drills to unlock range of motion you probably didn't know you had. Whether you're an adult looking to undo the damage of a desk job or a student building a foundation for competitive gymnastics, I keep the training intense but, more importantly, genuinely fun.
My Approach to Movement
I’ve been a gymnast since I was three, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that the body is capable of much more than we give it credit for. Whether you are training for a competitive edge or just want to stop feeling like you are made of wood, the principles are the same. We focus on deep flexibility, core stability, and balance, using the same techniques I use for my professional gymnasts.
What You Get in a Session
We train at my studio in Varthur, Bengaluru. It’s not a fancy AC gym, but it has the high ceilings and the sprung floors that you actually need for this kind of work.
- For the Adults: We work on undoing the stiffness. No boring, repetitive cardio here. We use wall bars, hoops, and conditioning circuits to fix posture and improve mobility. You will grumble during the core work, but you will feel the difference in how you move.
- For the Kids: We build the foundation. This is where strength, discipline, and creativity come together. My youngest students have already taken home national medals, but the real goal is to build an athlete who is confident and resilient.

I am FIG-certified, and I have judged at the World Cup and Asian Games trials. I don't just teach you how to do a bridge; I teach you the biomechanics behind why it works. I’ve seen it all—the falls, the struggle, and the success.
