About Outdoor Fitness Bootcamps

When you join our bootcamps, you aren't just hitting a timer. We use heavy battle ropes, medicine balls, and team-based games like tug-of-war to keep the energy high. These are 75 to 90-minute sessions in local green zones where the goal is to sweat, compete with friends, and actually have fun doing it.

Why We Train Outdoors

The gym is great, but sometimes you need to break the routine. Our outdoor bootcamps are designed to shake things up. We move our HIIT circuits and functional drills to Noida's parks, using the open space for relay races, agility ladders, and partner challenges that you just can't do in a studio.
