Grand events do not happen by magic. They happen with heavy lifting, steady hands, and attention to detail long before the guests arrive. Here is how my team and I transform a space.

About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
Getting the structure right is 80% of the job. Before I touch a single flower, my team spends hours welding metal frames and ensuring the staging is rock solid. If the foundation wobbles, no amount of decoration can save the look, so we prioritize the heavy groundwork first.
I do not believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. Whether it is a 24ft stage backdrop or a simple entrance arch, everything starts with a sturdy metal structure.
My team knows I hate rushing the setup. We arrive hours before your event to ensure fabric drapes are crisp and every floral stem is wired correctly. Rushing leads to mistakes, but steady work leads to a flawless look.
From hotel ballrooms in Delhi to sprawling lawns in NCR, we know the quirks of every venue type. We bring our own tools and generators so we are not dependent on venue support for basic electrical or rigging needs.
Since I only use fresh flowers, timing is everything. We arrange the blooms as close to the event start time as possible so they stay vibrant and fresh for your guests. If it is a summer event, we use specialized misting techniques to keep the marigolds and roses looking perfect until the last dance. When you book me, you get the same team that does the heavy lifting on-site. We do not outsource the setup to random labour, which is why the finish is consistently high-quality.
