Featured Event Decor & Fresh Floral Setups
These projects define my style. From high-energy corporate galas to clean, modern product launches, I use fresh flowers and custom structures to create spaces that grab attention.
This is how you make a statement. A grand floral archway creates an unforgettable entrance for any high-end corporate event, gala, or awards night. The combination of dense flowers, hanging chandeliers, and warm lighting sets a luxurious tone from the moment guests arrive.
A modern and chic entrance for a corporate cocktail party or sangeet. This design uses a mirrored walkway, custom gold-finished metalwork, and dramatic overhead greenery to create a sophisticated and immersive experience.
I can transform any outdoor space into a magical setting. Here, we used chandeliers hanging from trees and a floral arch to create an elegant seating area for a cocktail party, perfect for corporate mixers or evening celebrations.
A stage fit for a grand announcement or awards ceremony. This setup features large, birdcage-like golden structures, a clean white walkway, and dramatic lighting to ensure all eyes are on the main event.
An example of pure elegance with a Moroccan-inspired theme. The all-white stage, intricate archways, and a unique glass floor filled with flowers create a clean, high-end look for any exclusive corporate gathering or launch event.
This is how I make exhibition stalls and pop-up shops stand out. For this Rakhi popup, I used vibrant colors, traditional fabrics, and a bold entrance to attract customers and create a festive shopping atmosphere.
Modern design elements can completely change a venue's walkway. These custom-made, illuminated floral structures combined with beds of fresh flowers create a futuristic and visually stunning path for guests.
About this collection
You will notice fresh flowers in every shot because I refuse to use plastic fillers for volume. When I set up a floral arch or stage, that density comes from real petals and stems. It costs more than the artificial alternatives, but it is the only way to get that rich, heavy look that does not wilt or look cheap under venue lights.
My design philosophy is simple: dhire chalo (go slow and steady). I do not rush the process, and I do not believe in quick fixes. Whether I am building a massive entrance for a corporate gala or setting up a sleek stage for an awards night, the planning happens long before the crew arrives on site.
A lot of people ask why my floral arrangements look so full. It is because I source fresh rajnigandha, roses, and marigolds from the morning mandi and get them straight to the venue. No middlemen, no stale stock. When you see a 24ft backdrop in my gallery, that is not just fabric and lights; it is a structural foundation built to hold real weight.
My Process
- Site Survey: I visit your venue first. If the hall has low ceilings, I will not suggest heavy drapes that make it feel cramped.
- Material Integrity: If a theme needs gold, I use premium metal finishes, not painted foam.
- Execution: For large scale events in Delhi NCR, I bring a dedicated team of 10-12 people. We finish 4 hours before your guests arrive so there is zero last-minute panic.
If you are planning a brand launch, exhibition, or an annual company party, treat this as a collaboration. You bring the vision, and I bring the technical expertise to make it stand up, look good, and survive the event. If you want this quality, expect a professional quote that reflects the materials and labor required.
