We structure our training based on your current ambition:

You will get 5-6 sessions a week focusing on multi-shuttle feeding drills, agility work using ladders, and structured strength training. It is about consistency and building good habits.

Elite High-Performance: This is for serious competitors. Expect double sessions totaling 4-5 hours a day. We cover everything from tournament-grade sparring and video tactical analysis to on-site physio and nutritional guidance. This program simulates the pressure of the professional circuit.
