About Meditative Mandala Workshops

You do not need an artistic background to find focus in mandala art. In my workshops, I guide you through the dotting process, showing you how to place each point on a mirror or clock base. It is a slow, rhythmic activity that turns a blank surface into a symmetrical piece of decor while helping you de-stress.
