Many of my participants reach out to me looking for a break from their regular routine. You do not need to worry about purchasing a single art supply.

What I hear most often is how surprising the process is for my students. You do not need innate artistic talent to have fun with textured knife painting or mandala dotting. I make sure the environment is judgment-free, so you can focus on the colors and the company rather than the final result.
