About Aqua Yoga and Relaxation

You don't need to be an expert swimmer to join these sessions, as we hold them in the shallow end of the Sportonix pool where the depth is between three and four feet. The water provides natural buoyancy, allowing you to focus on balance and deep stretching without the joint impact typically associated with studio-based yoga floor work.
