We use the traditional 'Baaldi' (bucket) method to serve hot items like Varan and Amti systematically, so your guests aren't left waiting with empty plates. We coordinate the seating flow and leaf placement efficiently, meaning you don’t have to worry about the logistics of feeding a large crowd all at once.
