About Starters, Desserts & Drinks
I believe the first bite sets the mood for the whole event. That is why I insist on passed service for starters whenever possible. This ensures appetizers like our cheese balls or paneer tikka reach your guests hot and crisp, rather than getting cold on a buffet table. It makes a big difference in how people enjoy your party.
Whether you are hosting a small birthday in Airoli or a large wedding in Navi Mumbai, the menu flow matters. My team focuses on the 'hello' and the 'goodbye' of your meal. The starters need to be snappy and flavourful, while the desserts must leave a sweet impression.
Why Our Starters Work
I have seen too many parties where the starters arrive cold or soggy. We avoid this by using uniformed servers to pass trays directly to your guests. For casual events, we use single-serving cups for items like chicken popcorn or chili paneer, making it easy for guests to hold their food and a drink while they socialize.
The Drink & Dessert Experience
We don't just pour juice from a carton. Our mocktail counters feature vibrant, fresh drinks that look great and taste refreshing. On the dessert front, I balance the new with the traditional. You will see us serving modern favorites like Kesar Pista ice cream cups alongside homemade Maharashtrian specialties like Ukadiche Modak, which are always a hit with older guests.
Tailored to Your Crowd
- For Kids Parties: We focus on bite-sized, non-messy items like cheese balls and mild chicken chili.
- For Corporate Events: We set up organized mocktail stations and provide professional service that keeps the area clean.
- For Weddings: We ensure the dessert bar is fully stocked, featuring everything from Gajar Halwa to live ice cream counters.
At the end of the day, my goal is to hear that phrase I love: 'Jevan khup chaan hota' (The food was very good). If the food is hot, fresh, and served well, your guests will leave happy every time.
