Standard Vegetarian Buffet

- Welcome Drink: 1 standard fruit crush drink (Mango/Orange) or Soft Drink.
- Starters (2 Veg): Selection from standard fried items like Cocktail Samosas, Veg Spring Rolls, or Cheese Balls.
- Main Course: Paneer Butter Masala or Mattar Paneer, Dry Veg (Aloo Gobi/Mix Veg), Dal Fry/Tadka, Jeera Rice, and Fresh Puri/Tawa Roti.
- Accompaniments: Green Salad, Roasted Papad, Pickle.
- Dessert: Gulab Jamun (2 pcs) or Fruit Salad with Ice Cream.

I’m Sarika from Sarika Catering Service, and for me, food is the real star of any celebration. Jo bhi function ho (No matter the function), I specialise in making the food memorable - whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, house warming, engagement or just a family get-together.
Food That Gets Talked About
You’ll always hear “Jevan khup chaan hota!” (Food was very good!) after your event. My main focus is always taste and quality. I stick to Indian food, especially authentic Malvani cuisine, and keep veg and non-veg counters separate. Typical menu includes:

- Desserts like gulab jamun, Bengali sweets, and special modaks
Live Food Experience
