I do not believe there is only one right way to hold your hook or create a slip knot. In my beginner sessions, we try a few different techniques until we find the method that feels truly natural to your hands. This prevents the common frustration of uneven tension or hand fatigue, allowing you to focus on the joy of creating rather than struggling with the mechanics.
Starting a new hobby can feel daunting, but crochet is actually one of the most forgiving and calming crafts you can pick up. My approach to teaching is built on my own transition from a busy banking career to finding peace through yarn. I want to help you achieve that same sense of calm.
