You can even crochet realistic-looking flowers. This image shows a red hibiscus and a yellow marigold, both crafted with yarn. These are perfect for making torans, hair clips, or other decorations.

From a simple red heart to a strawberry-shaped applique, crochet allows for endless creativity. These small pieces are quick to make and are a great way to practice your basic stitches.

About Crochet Stitches & Techniques

Learning crochet is not just about following a chart, it is about getting comfortable with your tension and hook grip. In my classes, we focus on the mechanics of each stitch because once your hands understand the movement, the patterns like granny squares, ripple stitches, or even 3D flowers become second nature. I keep my batches small with only 3-5 students so I can watch your hands and help you adjust your hold, ensuring you do not struggle with tight stitches or uneven loops.
