Here is a glimpse of our 'Mehfil-e-Murshid' in full swing with the classic "Halka Halka Suroor". You can see the grand scale of the event, with a beautifully lit venue and an LED dance floor packed with guests. We love creating this electrifying yet soulful atmosphere for large wedding receptions.
Nothing gets the party going like an evergreen Bollywood track. Here we are performing "O Khaike Paan Banaras Wala" at a wedding reception. It's always a joy to see everyone, from the younger crowd to the bride and groom's parents, hit the dance floor for these timeless numbers.
We believe in making your wedding truly memorable, and that means getting everyone involved. In this clip, I am interacting with the guests during a performance of "S सौदा खरा खरा", encouraging them to dance. Seeing the joy on their faces is the biggest reward for us.
A performance of "Aafreen Aafreen" is always a special moment. It allows us to blend soulful singing with a touch of `shayari`, creating a truly poetic and intimate atmosphere. This is a glimpse into the ghazal and modern Sufi rock side of our performances.
Our mehfils are incomplete without the vibrant energy of traditional Punjabi Tappe. Performing "Kothe Te Aa Mahiya" always brings a unique joy and gets the whole family dancing together. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate our rich folk traditions at any event.
I love to begin a song like "Tumhe Dillagi" by reciting some heartfelt `shayari`. It sets the mood and connects the audience to the deep emotions of the music before the first note is even played. This is a signature part of our soulful performances.
A wedding reception is all about the bride and groom. Here, we are performing the timeless wedding song "Dulhe ka Sehra" with the happy couple right in the middle of the celebration. It’s these personal, interactive moments that make an event truly special.
It was an honor to share the stage with the very talented Milind Gaba Bhai. We had a wonderful time performing a rendition of "Mere Rashke Qamar" together. Collaborating with fellow artists is always a beautiful experience.

When we perform at weddings, we don't just stand on stage. I use wireless mics to move into the audience, interacting directly with families to make the Sangeet or Reception feel personal. Whether it's a high-energy dance track or a quiet Ghazal request, my team and I adjust the sound in real-time to match the crowd's energy, ensuring every guest feels part of the 'Mehfil'.
Our Approach to Live Music
My approach to live performance is built on my training in the Rampur Sahaswan Gharana. I do not just sing songs; I aim to create an environment. A 'Mehfil-e-Murshid' is about the connection between the performer and the listener, which is why we adapt our setup to fit the vibe of your event.
- Tailored Repertoire: For weddings, we blend traditional Sufi qawwalis with current Bollywood hits. If you want 'Aafreen Aafreen' followed by a Punjabi dance set, we curate the setlist to match the flow of your celebration.
- Scaling for Your Venue: For large venues with 40ft plus stages, we bring our 14-piece Grand Orchestral ensemble. For intimate home settings or cocktail nights, we scale down to an acoustic 5-piece setup with Harmonium and Tabla to keep the sound balanced and appropriate for the space.
- Audience Engagement: I love bringing the music to the guests. Whether it is taking requests for classic retro numbers or helping the couple celebrate with 'Dulhe ka Sehra', the performance is designed to be interactive.
- Logistics & Professionalism: Based in Delhi-NCR, we handle our own sound engineering and backline requirements. We travel across India and internationally, bringing our full set of instruments and technicians to ensure a seamless experience from the first note to the last.
