When we play these party sets, I don't stay glued to the stage. I use wireless microphones to walk right into the crowd, interacting with guests and bringing the hosts into the performance. This keeps the energy high and ensures the music feels like a conversation with the audience rather than a static playlist.

Whether it's a Sangeet, a wedding reception, or a corporate gala in Delhi NCR, my 14-piece band, Murshid, and I focus on the flow of the night. We start with tracks that get people comfortable and gradually build the intensity until the dance floor is packed.

Our setlist is designed to bridge the gap between generations. We mix high-energy Punjabi folk and bhangra hits with timeless Bollywood retro favorites. If the mood calls for a shift, I can weave in a quick Sufi or ghazal element—a trademark of my Rampur Sahaswan Gharana training—before jumping straight back into a high-octane dance number.

We are based in Delhi NCR but are ready to travel anywhere in India to bring the 'Mehfil-e-Murshid' experience to your celebration.
