About Live Band Performances: The Full Party Experience
When you book my 5-piece band, I don't just stand on stage. My sound engineer mixes everything live to ensure that the bass hits the right notes, and I often walk into the crowd with a wireless mic to keep the energy high. Just keep in mind that for venues of this size, you'll need to arrange a professional PA setup that matches our technical rider so we can deliver that stadium-level sound without any feedback issues.
I build my sets based on your crowd's pulse. We start with the classics or some smooth Sufi if it’s the cocktail hour, and then we shift gears into high-octane Punjabi pop and Bollywood dance anthems as the party picks up.
My 5-piece band configuration—comprising lead vocals, drums, bass, guitar, and keyboards—is designed for larger spaces like wedding lawns, hotel ballrooms, and corporate stages where you need a full, rich soundscape. Unlike a smaller acoustic setup, this is a concert-style production. We use backing tracks and sequences to ensure that the songs sound as massive and polished as the original recordings.
Because we are a full-scale band, there are logistical realities to consider. We handle our own performance and musical arrangements, but the stage, lighting, and sound system must be provided by the client. My team will share a detailed technical rider with you well in advance to ensure the venue's PA system (JBL/RCF preferred) can handle the output, preventing technical glitches when you're in the middle of a Sangeet dance-off.
Whether it's a destination wedding in Udaipur or a corporate gala in Delhi, we travel with our equipment and band. My goal is to create a 'jhakaar' (awesome) atmosphere where the energy on stage translates directly to the dance floor.
