Venue & Infrastructure
- Location: Exclusive access to Kundan Farm lawns or dining hall based on weather.
- Basics: Generator backup, luxury washrooms, and round table setup with crisp linens.
The Art of Chaat
- Signature Kiosk: Branded setup featuring fusion street food.
- Menu: Includes Lotus Stem Edamame Bhel, Laccha Tokri, and hygienic Gol Gappas with flavored waters.
Heavy Pass-Around Snacks
- Variety: 6 Vegetarian and 6 Non-Vegetarian premium appetizers served unlimited for 3-4 hours.
- Selection: Galouti Kebabs on mini parathas, Assorted Sushi platter with wasabi, and Dimsums.
Social Buffet & Dessert
- Mains: Curated North Indian staples (Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken) plus one Global cuisine like Thai or Mexican.
- Live Station: Pasta tossed in parmesan wheels or live pans.
- Shakkr Sweets: Premium Mithai tasting counter and live hot Jalebi station.

- Bar Service: Professional bartenders, crystal glassware, ice, and premium mixers (juices, syrups). Alcohol provided by client.

My Story
Nineteen years, countless events, big and small. Folks remember the IIFA glam, but what sticks with me is when a bride says, 'Outfit toh theek tha, par khana... wah wah!' (Outfit was fine, but the food... wow!). We started Saltt with one simple thought: food should speak. Dilli 6 ke chaat ho ya Dubai ki bling, we chase perfection in every detail. Our team? Khana hi achha nahi hota, Saltt ki team usse bhi better hai. That’s what matters.
